Makadara MP George Aladwa has urged the newly nominated cabinet members to address the concerns of Gen Z protestors and assist President William Ruto in fulfilling their demands.
Joining fellow ODM MPs in congratulating President Ruto for including party members in his cabinet, Aladwa expressed optimism that with fresh faces in the government, the country could achieve more if given time.
“They should get in and work for the Gen Zs and also help every Kenyan achieve their respective dreams by listening and doing the right thing,” Aladwa stated.
He also called on Kenyans and elected leaders to give President Ruto time to implement his plans.
“We should give the President time to deliver because he has now appointed people he trusts can deliver,” he added.
Aladwa has advocated for the expansion of the HELB kitty to better fund education, the elimination of corruption, and the creation of opportunities for young people through government agencies.
Furthermore, he supported the endorsement of Mombasa Governor Abdulswamad Nassir as the Deputy Party Leader of ODM, following the appointment of Hassan Ali Joho to the cabinet.
