Content creator Marya Okoth has announced the break-up with Comedian YY
The two shared an announcement on their social media a statement that has sent shockwaves online.
“Hello and good morning. We are saddened to let you know that Marya Okoth and YY Comedian will no longer be together due to unavoidable circumstances. Thank you for your love and support through our union. We expect individual privacy from each one of you. Thanks” They announced.
The last post that Marya shared with YY was six days ago as they advertised a furniture shop.
Marya is currently in Meru, sharing clips of her day plus music from Jua Cali “Kwaheri’.
Back in June, Marya revealed that she moved in with YY after their first date.
Speaking during a guest appearance she made on the Mic Cheque Podcast alongside her partner, the Nurse Toto actress walked the hosts down memory lane as she recounted their earlier years.
Marya jokingly quipped that she felt she was tricked and could not fully believe she moved in with YY that quickly.
“I was tricked immediately after the date,” started off the mother of one. She went on to add, “It was sort of an hour after we first met… We spent about an hour together, and then I went to his place. And, the baby came along gradually,”
They have a daughter together named Circe Gaona.
