Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has announced a temporary closure of a section of Lang’ata Road on Saturday and Sunday.
In their notice, KeNHA said the road will be closed between the T-Mall roundabout and the Madaraka Roundabout from 6.00 am to 8.00 pm.
The temporary closure is to allow the road maintenance works along the section.
“The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) wishes to notify the public that a section of Lang’ata Road, along the service lane (Nyayo Stadium bound lane) between T-Mall Roundabout and Madaraka Roundabout will be closed.” The Notice stated in Part.
They advised motorists to use alternative routes and cooperate with the police and traffic marshals on site.
“Motorists from Raila Odinga Way, Mai Mahiu Road and Lang’ata Road heading towards Madaraka Roundabout are advised to take Ole Sangale Link or turn at T-Mall Roundabout and proceed to the U-turn just after Wilson Airport exit and take the Flyover towards Madaraka.” The notice added.
