Prideinn Paradise Mombasa Attains Five-Star Status

After a rigorous assessment by the Tourism Regulatory Authority, PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort and SPA has been awarded a five (5) star rating status. The announcement results in PrideInn Paradise being the first and only resort in Mombasa County to achieve the highest possible Tourism Regulatory authority (TRA) rating. This is after the hotel scored 100 % on all essential items as required by the EAC grading procedure.

“This classification is expected to give PrideInn Paradise a boost to its local and international tourist markets who can expect superb hospitality services,” said PrideInn Managing Director, Hasnain Noorani.

Speaking of the achievement, Mr. Noorani, said:

“This outstanding result is the culmination of an immense amount of hard work from the PrideInn team. Our employees have always dedicated themselves to providing our guests with the best possible standards of luxury service, and to be bestowed with such an exclusive award is testament to this.”

This classification comes shortly after PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort received global recognition as “Africa’s Best Meeting & Conference Hotel 2018”, at a glamorous ceremony in Dubai presented by International Travel Awards. And being accredited by International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) as the only hotel in Mombasa County that can hold international conferences.
