PrideInn Paradise team celebrating 5 - Star Status Ranking.

After a rigorous assessment by the Tourism Regulatory Authority, PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort and SPA has been awarded a five (5) star rating status. The announcement results in PrideInn Paradise being the first and only resort in Mombasa County to achieve the highest possible Tourism Regulatory authority (TRA) rating. This is after the hotel scored 100 % on all essential items as required by the EAC grading procedure.

“This classification is expected to give PrideInn Paradise a boost to its local and international tourist markets who can expect superb hospitality services,” said PrideInn Managing Director, Hasnain Noorani.

Speaking of the achievement, Mr. Noorani, said:

“This outstanding result is the culmination of an immense amount of hard work from the PrideInn team. Our employees have always dedicated themselves to providing our guests with the best possible standards of luxury service, and to be bestowed with such an exclusive award is testament to this.”

The resort has supported its employees in investing in their professional development, in order to help them meet their career goals while maximizing performance for current activities.

“We are immensely grateful to our team and credit this achievement to their tireless efforts in provision of excellent services, this has been a key area of priority.  As always, we remain committed to investing in and supporting initiatives that elevate PrideInn Paradise, Africa’s leading meeting and convention center to greater heights,” said Ms. Anne Peggy, the PrideInn Paradise Resort General Manager.

“The County Government of Mombasa is delighted to celebrate PrideInn Paradise as the first luxury hotel brand to receive Five-Star ratings across Mombasa County – it’s the first time in history of the ratings that a local brand within the county has achieved this. PrideInn Paradise stood out from what can only be described as an incredible list of prestigious properties in East Africa this year. It’s a remarkable feat – the epitome of luxury service,” said Mr. Fawz Rashid, Minister of Trade, Tourism & Investment, Mombasa County as he graced the occasion.

And being accredited by International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) as the only hotel in Mombasa County that can hold international conferences.
