A 50-year-old man is in police custody for allegedly killing his wife in Imara Daima, Embakasi.
Dominic Maluki, a caretaker at Trio Apartments, reportedly murdered his wife and concealed her remains in a sack for disposal.
Neighbors revealed that Maluki and his wife had quarreled the previous day, allegedly sparked by a suspicious message on her phone indicating infidelity.

Following the altercation, Maluki waited until the early hours of the morning, around 2 am, to arrange for a boda-boda to transport the sack containing his wife’s body to a quarry for disposal.
However, the boda-boda rider became wary of the situation and claimed to have insufficient fuel. Sensing trouble, he left to refuel but returned with the police.
Maluki is currently being held at the local police station as investigations into the incident proceed.
