The Kenya National Highways Authority has announced a temporary closure of Haile Selassie Avenue (CBD bound) between Haile Selassie Roundabout and Parliament Road.
In their public notice, the Authority said that the temporary closure is to allow for the installation of Service Ducts.
The Roads will be closed from Friday, April 5, 2024, at 10.00 pm to Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 5.00 am.
“The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) wishes to notify the public that there will be a temporary closure of the Haile Selassie Avenue roundabout between Haile Selassie Roundabout and Parliament Road. This closure is scheduled to commence between Friday, April 5, 2024, at 10.00 pm to Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 5.00 am.” The Notice read in part.
KeNHA advised motorists to follow the proposed traffic management plan and cooperate with the police and traffic marshals on site.
