Police in Tana River are investigating an incident where an 18 year old herder was stabbed and killed during an argument.
The boy Muhammad Mohammed Adhen was stabbed to death by a person well-known to him while grazing camels in the area.
His brother and other herders carried the body to the local police station and made the report of the incident.
The body was moved to Maua General Hospital mortuary awaiting postmortem.
No arrest has been made so far, police said on Tuesday.
In Kinna, Isiolo County, Kanchora Okichar Buki, a 55-year-old man died after a branch of a tree he was cutting fell on him.
Herders at Dalelgobo area discovered the body dangling between tree branches.
He was still holding an axe on his arm and had already pruned several branches that were to be allegedly used for his farm fencing posts when he was fatally injured.
