The Consortium of Researchers on Governance (CoRG) Africa Limited has released its survey report on the state of Nyanza Region.
The report reveals Homabay County Governor Gladys Wanga as number one in implementing her manifesto.
Wanga tops in development agenda at 68.1 per cent.
Wanga made history by becoming the second governor of Homa Bay County and the first female governor in Nyanza and has won the hearts of many in county.
She has educated many through the “fins to swim” scholarships in the county.
Ochilo Ayacko of Migori followed closely at 61.1% and Kisii’s Simba Arati took the third position 60.9 per cent.
