KQ announces cancellation of flights to Dubai due to bad weather

Kenya Airways has announced cancellation of flight into and out of Dubai due to the severe weather and ongoing flooding in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

In a statement on Wednesday, the national carrier said the flooding has led to operational challenges, leading to the cancellation on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The airline apologized for any inconvenience resulting from the situation.

“We are monitoring the situation and are in close contact with Dubai authorities to minimize the inconvenience and disruption to our customers’ travels.” KQ said in a statement.

Kenya Airways has promised to update its customers as soon as there are new developments.
